The West Kauai Heritage Center is a cultural resource center, museum and gift shop situated inside in the West Kauai Technology and Visitor Center building in Waimea Town. The Heritage Center was formerly known as the West Kauai Visitor Center when it was a program of Kauai Economic Development Board (KEDB). Its name was changed on November 1, 2020 when it became an entity of the Waimea Sugar Museum.

The center's programs have included stringed instrument jamming sessions, lei making classes, perpetuating history talk story sessions, and a historic motor tour of the Waimea area.
