Okinawan style dragon boat races and festival first held in 1990 and typically held every two years at Wailoa State Park and River. The park is located a few miles north of Hilo on the east side of the Big island of Hawaii.

Hawaii Dragon Boat Festival
Dragon boat races and festival held at Ala Moana Regioal Park in Honolulu on the South side of Oahu Island. The event was first held in 1996.
